1. Acceptance
By accessing TierOne ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
TierOne provides AI-assisted interview screening. Recruiters create roles and invite candidates; candidates take an AI-led interview that is scored and presented to the recruiter for review.
3. Candidate participation
Candidate participation is voluntary. Scores are advisory only; final hiring decisions are made by humans. Candidates may decline or stop the interview at any time without penalty in this Service (employer policies are separate).
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to circumvent the interview integrity controls, scrape data, abuse the AI, or impersonate another person. We may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke access for misuse.
5. AI accuracy
AI evaluations are heuristic and may contain errors or bias. Recruiters are responsible for independent review before any employment decision.
6. Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
